Micro bonding:
also known as fusion bonding. This is popular in the hair salons and with celebs. These are applied as individual strands.
They can be straightened and styled like normal. they can be coloured though it is not advised. however, i colour mine and have no problems.
These are expensive in a salon. I had a quote when i wanted extensions and it came to £800!!
These last up to 3 months with the proper care. However i've had mine in coming up to 7 months!

Maintenance:
Your extensions may need topping up before you want a full head done again, i recommend you do this 6 weeks after they were put in. I will just go through your hair and replace any which have come out.
Removal:
Hair extensions should always be removed by a professional. otherwise it just gets messy. This can taken anything between 2-6 hours. depending on the condition of the hair.
Reapplication:
These cannot be reused. if you would like new extensions a new set is required.
Hair care:
*Brush in sections. I split my hair in two then go from there. You will need a special hair extension brush as normal brushes are too rough on the hair and can pull them out.
*Never wash your hair with your head upside down. this will just tangle it and is a nightmare to sort out. Dont even go there.
Put the shampoo on like normal and smooth down the hair. dont rub it and knot it all up. same for conditioner. but dont put conditioner near the bonds.
*You can style your hair like normal. comb your hair in small sections from the bottom up. dont brush too close to the bonds, you dont want to catch them.
if straightening etc make sure you dont do it near the bonds or they will get damaged.
remi hair has a slight wave to it when left to dry naturally.
If you dont like this just brush hair and blowdry downwards. Also, I find boots expert straightening balm works really well for me as i like to have my hair straight.
*it is advised not to colour your hair as it could damage the extensions. however i dye my extensions. I bleached them blonde which i wouldnt recommend as it REALLY dries them out and they become straw like.
I dye mine brown now because of my roots and never have a problem so personal preference really. up to you if you really want to take the risk.
*NEVER sleep with wet hair. they tangle and are even worse in the morning. when going to bed you shouldn't wear it down. always tie it in a pony tail or sexy pigtails.
*I wouldn't advise swimming in them. chlorine will destroy them!! if you have to really really swim then get a oh so sexy swimming hat. Yikes!
*it is normal for a few bonds to come out in the first week or so. if they keep coming out though get in touch so i can see what the problem is.
